Yet, both retailers and customers are facing some difficulties.To address this issue, using existing infrastructure such as video surveillance and security systems we have proposed Crowd Density Monitoring to ensure that people spread out as mandated by government and health officials. Upon detection of non-compliance of protocols, audio or visuals alerts can be triggered to warn customers and retailers.
